Welcome to Tall City Tails. By booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

Tall City Tails offers dog walking, pet check-ins, boarding, and overnight care. Services are provided as described at the time of booking.

 

2. Eligibility

• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and free of contagious illnesses.

• Aggressive or dangerous pets may not be accepted.

• The owner is responsible for disclosing any behavioral, medical, or dietary concerns before booking.

 

3. Booking & Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Services must be booked through approved channels (website, phone, or text).

• Rates are subject to change but will be confirmed before booking.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be refunded or credited toward future services.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

 

5. Pet Care & Emergencies

​

• Pets are cared for in a safe, home environment with one pet family hosted at a time.

• If a medical emergency arises, Tall City Tails will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

• Owners authorize Tall City Tails to act in the pet’s best interest in urgent situations.

 

6. Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding your pet’s health, behavior, and needs.

• Supply necessary food, medications, leashes, crates, or other items required for care.

• Agree to reimburse any costs incurred due to inaccurate information or lack of preparation.

 

7. Liability

​

• Tall City Tails will take all reasonable precautions to keep pets safe.

• However, we are not liable for:

  • Illness or injury resulting from pre-existing conditions.

  • Accidents or events outside of reasonable control.

  • Damage or loss of personal items brought with the pet.

 

8. Updates & Livestreaming

​

• Livestreaming and updates are available at the owner’s request.

• While every effort is made to provide consistent updates, we do not guarantee uninterrupted livestream service due to technical limitations.

 

9. Termination of Services

​

• Tall City Tails reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a risk to itself, other pets, or caretakers.

• Owners will be contacted immediately to make alternate arrangements.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms
