Refund Policy – Tall City Tails

At Tall City Tails, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring fairness for both our clients and our business.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Check-In & Boarding Packs:

• Prepaid packs (3, 5, or 10 visits) are non-refundable once the first visit has been used.

• Unused packs may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if no visits have been scheduled.

Early Returns:

• If you return earlier than expected during a boarding stay or cancel unused check-ins after the service has begun, refunds are not available for unused days/visits.

Emergencies:
We know life happens. In the case of verified emergencies (medical or family), Tall City Tails may offer credit toward future services at our discretion.
